Event disclaimer and waiver of liability

I am fully aware of the actual and potential risks in participation in this event.
I declare that I will not compete in the race unless I am medically fit on the day of the race and that, in any case, I will compete at my own risk.
By participating in the Zombie Attack at the “Willis Farm” I assume all risks and hazards associated with this event, and knowingly and freely assume the risk of any personal injury, property loss that I may suffer, concur, or sustain which could in any way be construed to be connected with, arise out of, or touch upon my participation in the activities at the “Willis Farm.” The “Zombie Attack” event is meant to scare and terrify, and assumes no responsibility to how you or others react to such scares. In addition, the trail is uneven and poorly lit which could be a potential hazard. By setting foot on the property I assume all risks and responsibilities, and waive the “Willis Farm” and its Owners of any and all responsibilities, including and not limited to permanent impairment and/or death.
I am fully aware that physical grabbing for the flags, which I will be wearing during the activity, may extend to physical contact of my person.
I grant my permission to Willis Farm and its sponsors, assigns and licenses to use or authorize others to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.
By signing this agreement I agree that: I have read and understand the above and assume any and all risks associated with my decision to patronize the “Willis Farm” “Zombie Attack” event. I agree to release the “Willis Farm” and their successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and property owners, of liability for any injuries or other harm that you and/or your minor child(ren) may suffer at the “Willis Farm”.
